Sometimes the garden photos are just too interesting to pass by, even if there isn't a lot to be said about them. The top picture is a cauliflower leaf, photographed this morning just before dawn. Yes, those are ice crystals. The picture below is the same leaf, photographed about three
hours later.
One wouldn't think the leaf tissue would survive, but clearly it did.
